ZENTRA
Fair play rules
Short and clear: play fair, respect others and keep ZENTRA Guard running.
01Fair play
- Cheats, scripts, macros and any program that gives you an advantage (wallhack, aimbot, triggerbot, radar) are forbidden.
- Exploiting map or server bugs, throwing matches on purpose and match fixing are forbidden.
- One player, one account. Don't play on someone else's account and don't let others play on yours (boosting, smurfing).
- Play every match to the end. Leaving or going AFK ruins the game for the other nine players.
02ZENTRA Guard
- ZENTRA Guard is mandatory: it must be running while you are in the queue and for the whole match.
- Guard checks whether known cheating and debugging tools are running and reports the result to the server. It doesn't read your files or send personal data.
- Turning off, bypassing or modifying Guard counts as cheating.
03Bans
- For a violation a moderator can ban you temporarily or permanently. You see the reason and the length as soon as you sign in.
- A banned player can't queue or join a party. If you are in a match, it is aborted without any ELO changes.
- For cheating, your opponents get back the ELO they lost in your matches.
- Every moderator action is logged, with a reason.
04Behaviour and toxicity
- No insults, threats or hate based on nationality, religion or anything else, and no chat spam.
- Don't abuse reports. Report a player from the match room or their profile only when they really broke the rules.
- Treat teammates and opponents the way you want them to treat you.
- ZENTRA brings together players from all over Europe. In team chat and voice, use a language your team understands; when in doubt, English.
05Nicknames
- Your nickname must not be offensive and must not impersonate staff or the platform (admin, moderator, ZENTRA…).
- You can change your nickname at most once every 30 days. A moderator can change an inappropriate nickname.
These rules may be extended. By playing on ZENTRA you accept the current version.
